Todd combines personal passion, science-backed training, and hands-on experience at Golf Fitness Gym.

Certified through NASM, TPI Level 1, and TPI Fitness Level 2 and 3, Todd helps golfers strengthen their core, enhance mobility and stability, and reduce the risk of injury – so they can play better and longer with a golf fit body.
